Why do I keep getting a flu or cold during winter season?!
Question: Why do I keep getting a flu or cold during winter season.?
Answers:
Your immune system is not use to dealing with viruses and bacterias. Do you live a sedentary lifestyle, without much exercise and sports. I suggest that you get a cold and flu shot as winter approaches.
Get outside and get dirty and sweaty, during the warmer months, it will help boost your immune system. Otherwise get a doctor to look at your white cell count, through a blood test. A doctor will be able give you the best advice on how to avoid coming down with the cold or flu virus.Health Question & Answer

Your immune system is low. Even if you are around others who are sick, or don't wash your hands a lot, or don't dress warm enough, or get caught in the rain, or or or ... if you have a strong immune system you won't get sick. How to build a strong immune system ... well that is another question LOL.Health Question & Answer
well, you could have a low immune system, or it could be that you are not washing your hands as much as you need to and you're picking up germs from others. Increase your vitamin C as well. Health Question & Answer
