I've never heard of WWW syndrome. But there is a syndrome called Wolff-Parkinson White syndrome or WPW syndrome. This is an abnormal heart condition caused by an extra conduction pathway to the ventricles. The American Heart Association has some excellent material on it. Health Question & Answer
