ive tried everything.
toothpaste doesnt work for me
and i dont have the wierd stuff like lemon juice or rosewater or anything..and i dont want to buy expensive stuff

You don't need a Doctor to clear you skin up. I used to have really bad acne when I was a teenager.
I'm sure you sit in front of the mirror picking at your zits and wishing they would just go away. This is the first mistake you can do. Do not pick, this causes the zits bacteria to spread.
To clear up your acne, your going to need some type of face moisturizer (Preferably Neutrogena) and also some sort of acne face washing cream.
What I did (And it worked) was in the morning put Clearasil face washing cream. Then at night wash your face again and put the moisturizing cream on. Do this for about two-four weeks and you should not have any acne, if so very little.
Since doing this I have not had one zit. Not ONE!

if you're a boy, I've heard getting Accutane pills is the best for male zits (you need a prescription tho, and it's $$$). If you're a girl, try birth control pills (Ortho_novum, Modicon, Brevicon worked for me). Planned Parenthood will give them to you for free usually.
A lot of those store-bought creams suck, and your skin will most likely get burned (with no less zits either). The only face wash that worked for me was St. Ives apricot scrub with salicylic acid in it. also Retin-A cream is supposed to work great but you can get burned too. You can buy Retin-A cream from progressiverx.com for $7
I tried antibiotic pills in high school, and that worked the best! I used erythromycin, and now my new doctor put me on doxycycline instead. So you might try that. Walmart will sell those to ya for $4 a bottle with a prescription.
