I don't know why, but my legs are always reddish and have purple-like areas on them. But only when my legs are cold, which is 90% of the time. But is there any way I can make them normal.?.?Health Question & Answer

Have you told your Primary care provider about this.? There are several chronic conditions that can be the cause. Some causes/treatments are simple, others are more serious.
