Geez mate i feel your pain buddy ............. i'm severely intolerant to barley oats wheat and rye (coeliac) and all milk and dairy (lactose intolerant) and all soy products .......... eat low sugar fruits like watermelon, strawberries, pears and rockmelon ..... before 3.00 p.m. though as the hydrochloric acid levels in your stomach are at their peak during the first part of the day and digestion is easiest then ...... i can't eat high sugar fruits such as mangoes, apples, oranges, bananas unless i eat them in the morning or before around 3.00 p.m. and take a digestive tablet with them ....... so maybe do that for the tomatoes and fruits as tomatoes are another of my can't eat foods ........... i get horrible stomach aches or achy bones or nasty headaches or a combination of all three if i mess up ........ as far as yeast and wheat goes you could try eating brown rice or quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) ........ i eat loads of brown rice daily and simply drizzle cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and a bit of rock salt over it ..... that will give you the carbs for energy and fuel for a calm relaxed state of mind... the hardest part about ditching the wheat is that they put so much sugar in most bread that it's actually a sugar detox that you end up going through ...... get yourself some organic raw honey and have a teaspoon of that once of twice a day to quell the cravings ... just make sure you brush your teeth often....... with the legumes, i can't eat peas or beans cos of the sugar content but i can eat organic lentils ........ leads me to believe that the sulfites and other nasty chemicals they use to "preserve" packaged beans peas lentils nuts and seeds and the like are really what is upsetting my system ...... pretty much it's trial and error mate ........ make sure you take a B complex supplement daily to help bolster your system against the stress we are all exposed to at some level or another and to bolster a healthy neural, immune and digestive system....... get one with all the B's in it ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc... as they all work best as a group.

Eat loads of green and leafy vegies like broccolli, chard, kale, celery, buk choy ~ lightly steamed or raw drizzled with lemon juice and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and a bit of rock salt ....... mmmmm yummy........ eat raw organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds, fresh fish like tuna, salmon, sardines ..... pretty much ditch eating out of a packet ........ all rich in magnesium and magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and will also increase the level of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion ...... thus helping with any constipation issues and is also good for lowering high blood pressure, resolving headaches and migraines, nervous tension, muscle twitching and pinching sensations, lower back pains ......good luck buddy ..... you can do it.

peace baby

I would highly recommend an allergy specialist to see what constituents you are reacting to; one food product can mix with another, therefore creating a violent reaction. As for the individual who recommended peanut butter, that's the worst thing you can do, an individual who has a reaction from the oil can go into shock. Symptoms you mentioned. like throat tingles, could be an indicator of facial neuralgia and a predecessor to an acid reflux; all the items you mentioned are foods that form alkaline, which could also mean an internal imbalance and not necessarily an allergy.

Specifically, rice. rye and amaranth are excellent for substitutes to yeast. You can also purchase a ph balance kit to test yourself for deficiencies or again, contact a professional.
I wish you all the best of luck. Health Question & Answer

Tinkyada brown rice pasta is the best wheat free pasta that I have found so far, and in the gluten free sections you will find other wheat free products like pretzels.
Tomato allergy is just tragic, and yeast avoidance can be very, very hard. I am so sorry. I think the best thing to do is to focus on pesto, cream, and garlic based sauces (you can still have alfredo!) and try not to think about tomatoes too much.
If your allergies are not too severe, have you talked to your doctor about taking a benadryl when you are exposed to small amounts of those products.?
Don't worry, as this goes along, it will get easier and the cravings for what you can't have will get less and less! I'm a celiac so I know what it is like to give up the things you love but can no longer have! Health Question & Answer

for the wheat you can go to health food stores like whole foods market and buy bread and pasta and Other stuff that is Gluten free, that's whats in wheat that you cant have. as for the fruit and tomato i'm sorry. i don't know. just eat the ones you can. I hope this helps a little. good luck and stay healthy.Health Question & Answer

Is an apple too sweet. If not peel one everyday & dip in peanut butter for the protein for a snack. If you eat meat have a peice of meat for dinner such as chicken & a vegtable like carrots, brussle sprouts..for lunch scoop tuna, lettuce, maybe a little sweet pickle for some flavor, ...don't worry, you keep asking & your will come up with more & more & it will end up being easy.Health Question & Answer
