Can Diabetes Cause Double Vision ?!

Question: Can Diabetes Cause Double Vision .?
Answers:
If you leave your blood sugar high on a regular basis, yes you create serious problems for yourself later in life, like poor circulation in feet/legs, which could lead to amputation, going blind, kidney problems, etc.. But yes, you can experience (and I have) "double vision" when you are having a low blood sugar episode and/or an extremely high blood sugar episode. With low blood sugar, you may also experience, excessive sweating, hot and cold flashes, tingling of the tongue (or numbness of the tongue) and/or hands, nausea, trouble finishing your thoughts/sentences, clumsiness, blurred vision, and eventually if it keeps dropping, you will pass out and go unconscious and could die if you don't get serious medical help. With high blood sugar, you may experience extreme fatigue, excessive thirst, feeling of lethargic, blurred vision, feeling sick (can be nauseous), hard to concentrate because of fatigue. Anyways, sorry for rambling... Health Question & Answer
