Answers:
Traumatic Brain Injury-something happened to him where his brain was seriously injured

Developmental Delays-mentally, your cousin will no reach milestones at the same rate as other children his same age. When kids his same age are learning to add and subtract, your cousin may still be learning to count to ten, when kids are doing calculus, your cousin may be leanring to balance a check book, etc.

Brain Atrophy-the brain is not growing properly, and has actually experienced shrinkage.

Feeding Issues-your cousin is not able to eat in the same manner that you and I do. They might have trouble controlling the throat muscles that allow for swallowing, or because of a mental state, may reject food given orally.

Epilepsy- a disease characterized by repeated seizures (seizures are also associated with brain injury in the area of the temporal lobe)

Cerebral Palsy- A condition affecting the motor centers of the brain located in the cerebrum and associated with disturbances of sensation, cognition, communication, perception, and/or behavior, and/or by a seizure disorder

Spastic Quadriplegia-Quadriplegia means that all four extremities (arms and legs) experience some degree of loss of function, and may include paralysis. The spastic type is characterized by abnormal control of the muscles of the arms and legs. The muscles are stiffly and permanently contracted, making movement difficult and awkward to varying degrees of severity.

Autonomic Instability-the brain is unable to control body systems normally. There may be blood pressure/heart rate problems, sweating issues, nausea/dizziness, etc.

So to sum it all up, you cousin suffered a severe injury to their brain, causing paralysis, mild mental retardation, seizures, and the overall inability for the brain to control the body properly. They won't be able to recover from these. I hope you shower your cousin with love though, because they're still a person and will still be able to react to you.Health Question & Answer
