i dont know about pimple on your ears, but im sure it is possible. as for in your mouth, that could very easily be herpes, or kanker sores. herpes in your mouth can be spread non-sexually. and as for on your genitals, that could be herpes, or an ingrown hair, or it could be a pimple. i had a pimple on my penis once and it hurt a lot. dont pop it.Health Question & Answer
