Answers:
So the answer is yes *and* no. If a diabetic maintains good blood sugar control, there will be few if any physical limitations. You can look at world-class athletes like Gary Hall Jr (Olympic Swimmer) and Jay Cutler (NFL Quarterback) as examples.

However, you also need to know that if you don't maintain good control of your diabetes, the high levels of glucose in your blood cause all kinds of damage and complications. Wounds (including pimples) will heal less quickly. Tissue and muscles can become less elastic or flexible. Organs like your heart and kidneys can be permanently damaged. So if you have out of control diabetes, you certainly might run slower, get tired easier, heal slower, and be weaker.

The bottom line is: take care of yourself and then you can do anything you want.Health Question & Answer

"Yes" is the answer for all your questions. &
Himalaya Herbal Diabecon is the answer for Diabetes.

Herbal Diabecon increases the peripheral utilization of glucose. Diabecon increases the hepatic and muscle glycogen content. Diabecon promotes b-cell repair/regeneration and increases the C-peptide level. As it has antioxidant properties, Diabecon protects the b-cells from oxidative stress. Diabecon exerts an insulin-like action. By reducing the glycated hemoglobin level, normalizing the microalbuminuria and modulating the lipid profile, Diabecon minimizes the long-term diabetic complications.Health Question & Answer

A diabetic can run just as fast as anyone else, if they have kept in shape. Yes, diabetes can cause a person to get tired quicker and easier, but once you start to treat it and build yourself back up, you can still run as fast as a non diabetic. Wounds can take longer to heal. Here are the most common side effects of both types of diabetes. Getting fatigued quicker than you used to can also be a warning sign of blockages in the arteries of the heart.
Constant thirst
Frequent urination
Sweet smelling urine
Constant hunger
Fatigue
Blurry vision
Unexplained weight loss OR gain
Leg cramps
Irritability
Headaches
Nausea or vomiting
Reoccurring yeast infections in women
Itching penis or genital area in men (male yeast infections)
Slow healing wounds
Itching skin with no rash
Frequent boils
Burning, tingling sensations in hands, arms, feet, or legs.
If you have any doubts, get your doctor to do some blood work on you. My sister is a runner, and she experienced the fatigue and running less fast, and turned out she had blockage in her one heart artery. Get some tests done...make sure you tell the doctor about all symptoms, even if they seem silly or insignificant.Health Question & Answer

Being a diabetic, I will say no, no, no, and no. Depending on your daily routine of diet and exercise, you can live a normal life. Check out Dlife online and find out how many people in all walks of life have diabeties. I'm not against any herbal medicine that may work, but remember, every person is different and you should talk over taking alternative medicines with you doctor. Not taking care of yourself and your diabeties can create a number of problems with your physical health. Kidney failure, numbness in hands and feet, etc. Health Question & Answer
