There are a number of causes of hemorrhoids but to name a few, sitting too long could be one and another one could be too much straining in the rectum area (where your stool goes out).

Try using witch hazel, it works quite well as a natural remedy. Don't forget to drink plenty iof water and try increasing your fiber intakes to make your stool softer to pass.

I recommend h miracle which i found at this site http://www.bestnaturalhemorrhoidstreatme... while looking for natural home remedies for my wife. It worked quite well for my wife. See if you can benefit from it as well.Health Question & Answer

A hemorrhoid is a varicose vein in your rectum. To treat them take very warm sitz baths. Try Preparation H. If that doesn't work go to the doctor and ask for a prescription medication Do not strain to have a bowel movement and do not sit on the toilet for long periods. Prevent constipation.

Once you have them you can not ever totally get rid of them.Health Question & Answer

internal heorrhoids can shrink and dissapear..external hemms need to be surgically removed...I had mine removed...they are mainly caused by straining when evacuating, constipation, anal sex etc.... prep H doesn't really help for anything over a level 2 hemmor. There are different levels depending upon the severity...soak in a sitz bath ..it's the best thing...and eat more fiber to keep stools regular and softHealth Question & Answer

They don't go away but they do flare up, use Prepperation H for some relief and not standing on your feet for long periods of time also not lifting heavy stuff.Health Question & Answer
