Question: How to get rid of extra skin.?
I have lost over 100 pounds over the last year but i lost about 75 pounds of that in three months...i didn't crash diet or anything i don't know what happened it just came off. but now my prob is that i have extra skin on my chest and my stomach...i wanna get rid of the extra skin b/c i believe its making me weigh more then i really would. I wanna know what i can really do with out having any kind of surgery...any help would be greatly appreciated =]] Health Question & Answer

I don't really have any personal proof of this but I have heard that tofu helps keep the skin's elasticity. I'm not sure if it works after the fact though. Health Question & Answer
