Well like I said we were messing around and we were bored in line to go in this haunted house and I asked her if I can punch her in the arm, lol. And she said, sure, so I did and she said "Ow that fcking hurt" and I didn't even punch her that hard, at all. I hardly even punched her..and than she said "I can tell your getting stronger though" which I was glad to hear lol. Later that night, she got a bruise from it. I don't get how I left her a bruise, lol because I hardly even punched her.Health Question & Answer

Or you punched her harder than you thought you did.Health Question & Answer

i also bruise very easily...she should take an iron supplement. im always taking extra iron and still on the border of being anemic and bruising so easily i dont even remember half the time where i get them. i bet if she would get blood work done it would show up low...take iron, iron and more iron. i dont think skin tone really has anything to do with it im an olive/brown skin tone and there still there.Health Question & Answer

Either you have way too much adrenalin or testosterone in your blood that makes you energetic or stronger, or its your friend that has weakened blood cells, or something like that, or you might have a pressure point that is particularly sensitive.Health Question & Answer
