Shingles anyone heard of it, and what helps.?!

Question: Shingles anyone heard of it, and what helps..?
Answers:
Yes, I have heard and suffered them. About the only thing that I remember helping was warm, not hot, showers. They can appear on the face, chest, and pubic area. I was 'lucky' that they were only on my chest. A Doctor would prescribe a pain killer for the pain.

DON'T PICK AT IT!! That would cause them to spread.

Shingles is very painful and if you are over 60 you should get vaccinated. If you have it then the doctors will likley give you pain medication to make it less painful, but unless you have a really sever case, the meds don't work that well because they won't give you anything too strong.

Wearing loose clothing that does not touch the sores helps.Health Question & Answer
