Question: What to do about grey hairs.?
Like many adults, my mom has grey hairs, but like many, it's advised that you don't pluck them or else more will grow back. However, mother insists on plucking, mostly because it relieves the itch that the hairs cause. So time and time again I'm called upon to pluck her grey hairs to relieve the itching. This task has become so tedious and annoying though, and I'm wondering if there's a different way to treat her itchy scalp.Health Question & Answer

the itch your mom has is not becuase of gray hairs, it is because she has a dry scalp. Shampoos like selson blue or head and shoulders can help her. As far as plucking hairs, it really doesn't matter if you do or don't, and only one gray hair grows back for every one you pluck. she could consider dying her hair to keep the color vibrant..try clairol or loreal when dying hair (they are the best), and tell your mom not to worry, it isn't anything to be concerned about!
