Mucinex seems to be the most advertised product, but I've never used it though I do get some chest congestion in the Winter too. I usually keep a humidifier on to put moisture in the air, drink lots of hot tea, and take Zinc tablets to protect my immune system. There's a lot of controversy about over the counter medications and their effectiveness, or lack thereof. If you have lots of sinus drainage, it may be draining into your chest and causing all that congestion, too. Sudafed may help with that, though you'll probably have to take a little card up the to the pharmacist where they'll scan your driver's license and treat you suspiciously!
