How do you lower your blood pressure? ?!
Question: How do you lower your blood pressure.? .?
Answers:
If the blood pressure is above 140/90 consistently, then treatment is needed. Before the treatment is rendered, you need to see a doctor and rule out SECONDARY causes for the elevated BP. There are other diseases which may be present causing the BP to be high.
If you do not have any secondary causes, then if weight loss is necessary, you must attempt this. Salt restriction to less than 2500-3000 mg's per day will help. Exercising regularly will help, but I suggest mainly aerobic exercise, lifting weights can actually aggravate BP.
If your pressure is less than 160/100, you may want to consider an alternative herbal product before going on a pharmaceutical.
Many of my patients have had good results with a product called "Blood Pressure Formula". If you try it and it does not work in a few weeks, then give up and see the doctor for a phamaceutical.
Hope this has helped.Health Question & Answer
