Yep.

Because it is an oral medication, not topical, it will treat acne...wherever it is.

It is a pretty hard-core medication with a lot of annoying side-effects. It's basically supposed to be your last resort for severe and/or stubborn acne. If it's something you're interested in, talk to your dermatologist.
