Very strange skin problem, help!?!

Last summer I used a tanning bed for about two months, that started in June, and I stopped in July. Well it is now December and ever since then I have these strange very white speck on my arm. Like they look like circles, and kind of big. It looks like someone took an eraser and rubbed some of my skin off or something. I havn't noticed it anywhere else, just both of my arms.
