It is possible that she would not be infected, but unlikely. It is easier for men to infect women through unprotected sex than for women to infect men.
Someone could be exposed to HIV several times and not get infected, or they could be exposed only ONCE and get infected.

Essentially, the leading HIV experts in Switzerland said that the risk of transmission between a man and a woman when one of them was HIV positive could be negligible under three conditions. Firstly, the positive partner had to be on medication and with an undetectable viral load for 6 months or more. Secondly, both partners had to be free of other STDs. Thirdly, the positive partner had to adhere strictly to their medical regime.

I think if someone is HIV positive and you are negative and you sleep with them, the chances of you getting HIV are very high. If I found out a man had HIV, I wouldn't even sleep with him with him wearing a condom on. I would be too scared too. What if the condom breaks.?Health Question & Answer
