Usually when ur gums turn white it means you are dehydrated.. You should consume 8-8oz glasses of water a day minimum.. If you are and still have white gums, go see your doctor bc it could be something serious..Health Question & Answer

You might be anaemic.. Ask your doctor to check your blood count and iron level if you are worried.. Or just start taking a multivitamin with iron in it and see if it improves..Health Question & Answer
