I want to go to a dentist but am afraid I won't have the finances to pay for the treatments I might need, like braces..Health Question & Answer

They will charge you for the appointment but wont force you to have the procedures done.. For the payments, it depends if you have inssurance.. I believe that if u are under 18, cleanings are free with a medicare card.. also, braces might not be covered by inssurance.. Check wit your provider...... i know mine only paid half.. you dont NEED braces.. there a luxury and the dentist doesnt do that, its the orthodontist.. mine were 3000 i think.. a dentist just makes sure your teeth arent rotting and its like 100 bucksHealth Question & Answer
