they work
and the best thing to eat would be soft stuff like
yogurt, ice cream, liquids, apple sauce....u get the picture..
and take advil alot.. it helps the pain go away..

When i got spacers i really didnt eat much because it would hurt everytime i ate something.. But when i did eat then i would eat like soup and food that was really soft.. also a sandwich is easy to eat..Health Question & Answer
