i'm no doc, but those teeth are pretty bad.. it would probably take 5 years or more.. my teeth were nowhere near as bad as that picture and they've been trying to fix my teeth for 3 years now..Health Question & Answer

depending on how faithful they are to their treat, anywheres from 3-5 years.. But something that bad is more like 5 years
