I have the same problem! The dentist gives me a fissure sealant, which is a thin plastic coating on the teeth. It's not expensive either. They put a gel on the teeth and use a blue light to set it. Can't even feel it! And the whole thing only takes about 10 mins with no pain. I get headaches from teeth grinding too, but I still haven't found a cure for that yet! if u r sleeping with a partner, just tell them to tap ur jaw when u start grinding your teeth. that worked for me. also stop drinking.Health Question & Answer
