A white lump on the roof of your mouth could not be adenoids. Period. Ask your dentist what it is called. Is it draining fluid.? Is it painful.? If so a trip to an oral surgeon to biopsy the area might be advised. How long since your dentures were adjusted or relined.? It might be an irritation fibroma and that is not serious - but might allow for a better denture fit and feel if removed.
