Tenderness in neighbour tooth to extracted tooth?!
Question: Tenderness in neighbour tooth to extracted tooth.?
I need a little advice...I had my upper molar right 6 extracted 5days ago. I have taken good care of the site and it seems to be healing well(ive had no pain, bleeding etc). However, I noticed that when i touch the tooth next to the extraction site i get a feeling of pressure, its not pain, just pressure but it feels really strange. Is this normal.? or should i get it looked at.?.? Health Question & Answer

You could get it checkd out if its worrying you, but an extraction is a surgical procedure, its not unlikely for the tissues in the adjacent teeth to be bruised during an extrcation.Health Question & Answer
thats it. infection sometimes involved the surrounding tissues including the alveolar bone. Thats why there is tendernes to the adjacent tooth. another probable cause is fracture of the bone plate upon extraction.wait for at least one week.it usually goes away Health Question & Answer
