Salt water mouthwashes, just to stop any infection. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, one of which was impacted.Don't have anything too hot to drink after they've been taken out, and take some painkillers. What you can do it take an ibuprofen, then 2 hours later some paracetamol, then 2 hours later some ibuprofen. That way you are always topped up with painkillers, but not overdosingHealth Question & Answer
If your dentist or oral surgeon has not suggested it, take 800 mg of ibuprofen or advil an hour before your appointment. Other than that make sure you follow all of their post-op instructions to the tee. Health Question & Answer
