Question: Are self ligating braces worth it.?
Im not talking about comparing prices, i was just wondering if it really does make a difference like..the treatment is shorter.?.?..cus everyones different.? and experiences.?Health Question & Answer

No. There is nothing SL (self ligating) braces can do that traditional ones can't. Find an ortho you are comfortable with, don't focus on brackets..

I have them and it took 6 mos off my time.
For me, yeah, it was worth it.
The down side is that you don't get colors, you can only have the silver of the wires in your mouth. :/Health Question & Answer
