Answers:
White lesions on teeth caused by excessive flouride intake is called "fluorosis". It has three types, mild, moderate and severe.

Teeth that have fluorosis have fluoride crystals rather than calcium(particularly hydroxyapatite) so it tends to look chalky white and dull.
they are less prone to plaque but are easily broken down by bacteria.

You should try to ask your dentist about calcium deposition on your teeth, I use particularly Recaldent GC Tooth Mousse on patients to remineralize their teeth. You should use it for at least a month twice daily. ask your dentist about this. Look it up for more info www.recaldent.comHealth Question & Answer

Yeah it calcium deposits from over use of fluoride, which is the stuff they make you swish in your mouth in school when you were really little, if you had to much or if your water to your house contains fluoride (Mine does, wellwater) then you may get them. My brothers had them all his life he is now 26 and they have blended in over the years - also if you get teeth whitening kits it'll help make your teeth uniform. It should just dull after awhile, you could prolly ask your dentist if there is anything he can do.Health Question & Answer

its nothing serious. he'll have to treat your teeth with mineralsHealth Question & Answer
