Need it to prevent further damage and habit of severe night teeth grinding. She has worn down her teeth significantly in just 1 year.Health Question & Answer

I used to grind my teeth all the time even in my adult years..For teeth this small you might need to take her in for a special fit until she can fit into the main stream over the counter teeth grinding forms.I hope this helps
I sincerely wish you Good Luck!
Thankfully these are not her adult teeth that have been affected.Health Question & Answer

Most young children grind their teeth. There is no apparent reason, and absolutely no need for concern. In 25 years of practise, I have NEVER seen any child that required intervention (unless there was also decay to compound it).
Yes. they may wear down their front teeth quite a bit, even almost to the gumline, but there is no requirement to make or use ANY form of guard. The baby teeth will fall out before they wear all away.
If you need reassurance, rind up a specialist children's dentist (paedodontist), and they may be willing to talk to you over the 'phone.Health Question & Answer
