1. Oral cavity- tooth decay, poor oral hygiene, tooth abcess, periodontal diseases, etc.
2. Sinus infection- some sinuses drains to your mouth
3. Lung infection-
4. Throat infection/GIT- foods such as garlic, onions and the like can cause bad breath no matter how much you brush your teeth because the smell stays in your stomach or throat.
