Question: What the heck is this white spot under my tongue.?

I went to the dentist and had 4 cavities filled on Monday, and my tongue was the last thing to stop being numb. The next day, yesterday (Tuesday), I was brushing my teeth at night, and I noticed under my tongue that those things attached under the tongue, one of them was white. And a little farther back was a really tiny one. What are they.? They hurt and they weren't there before I went to the dentist.Health Question & Answer
