I have a system that is very similar to this one. i would caution you against buying this one as this are prone to eventually ripping the door frame off the back (supporting) side. Look at the one that is provided by Beachbody.com. This one has two metal brackets that you put into the studs just above the door frame that will take the load (check out the installation video on the link below). My son and I have cranked out many a pullup on this system and both of us are 200+ pounds.

2. The Perfect Pullup:
The reason for the additional cost is do to the operation (several swivel points), the molding of the components that you are buying, the implied endorsement from the US Navy Seals, and what is known as market pricing. The chinup bars are more easily produced as they are CNC bent.
Now which one is better, the system from Beachbody.
-- The installation is of a much higher quality
-- You can better isolate your muscles
-- You can work more of your muscles
-- You have more range of motion, wide grip is wider than the door frame
