Run for half hour.

Do more crunches and less sit ups. 25 forward bicycle, 25 backward bicycle, 25 wide legs sit ups, 25 straight legs crunches, 25 heals to the heaven. 25 oblique v ups, 40 mason twist. If you do not know which crunches I am talking about then please youtube them. Do them in the order I gave you. Do them every other day and in 3 months you will have 8 pack abs :). Good luck.Health Question & Answer

You can have great muscles, but you won't show any definition until you get down to 8-10% body fat.

Don't do 50 sit ups. exercise your abs as you would any other muscle group. Do 2-6 sets of 12-20 reps with weights.

You have to develop a comprehensive exercise and diet program that builds muscle and lowers body fat. Research sources on the internet. You can start at the link, below. There are several good articles on getting you six pack.

Sit ups won't give you the abs you want.

I use to be fat and overweight and it wasn't until I changed my diet was when I got better results.

You also need a complete workout routine to burn fat and get your body rock hard.

Here's a good site I found with great diet and workout tips to tone the abs. It helped me by showing me what I was doing wrong.
