Question: I have been binge eaying for the past month. how to get back on a diet plan.?
i was 137 lbs. and now i am 147 lbs. after binge eating because of stress. so how can i get back on a diet plan to lose 27 lbs. by December 25th.?

Answers:
Stop eating just because. I did that and lost about 6-7 pound sin 2 weeks. also snack healthier when you do snack.
Fruit, baby carrots, celery stick, whole wheat or or whole grain crackers.
I have found that WASA whole grain crackers are so good. I spread about 1/2 tbsp butter on them so that I can get them down better. They are only 45 cal, and another 50 with the butter.
Avoid sodas. I have been drinking lemon water.
And I also started keeping a food journal. It makes you a lot more conscience of what I am eating. It does make a big difference. I have lost another 7 pounds in another 2 weeks.Health Question & Answer

No you have to have the will power and the endurance that it takes. You have to stay under 2000 calories a day and you have to exercise Find a gym and stay faithful, do not be lazy and than you will do it. I personally do not like the gym, i like nature. avoid eating chips like doritos,chocolate and especially ice cream and dairy...skim milk is good though.
i was dieting from july til now and last month i binged a lottt.and went up from 135 to 143 but i never stopped exercising. :D
you should just exercise for an hour or two a day like walking and try to do 8 minute abs on youtube.if you need any help or support just email me or something because i go through it too.
