Everyone has a six pack - it just can't be seen on some of us because of the layer of fat covering it. Fat is burned evenly throughout the body. In other words, just because you're doing situps doesn't mean you're burning fat in the stomach area. You can tone the stomach muscles by doing various situps and crunches 2-3 times per week. Incorporate a cardio program (walking, jogging, biking, etc.) to help burn fat in your stomach area and expose your 6-pack!Health Question & Answer
