it is not healthy to eat only salads. you need foods from all the food groups!
you should not be eating less then 1,800-2,000 calories per day or your metabolism will be slow.
you need to just eat healthy, at the right times, and the right food.

Why would you want to eat salads all day.? I am sure you would soon get bored with it.
If you want to lose weight sensibly try a good weight loss program like Fat Loss 4 Idiots. They claim you can lose up to 9lbs in just 11 days and you still get to eat more than 3 times a day, so no need to starve yourself.

well it depends on the salad...
there are always calories in anything....
NO MATTER WHAT..
expect water....
if you want to lose some weight...
i highly recommened drinking at least 2 bottels of water a day
and running or walking atleast 5 times a weeks for 20 mins. a piece.
