OK. so I run every day.
and I also work out doing 8 minute arms, abs, and sometimes legs, I do little excersises every now and then. but my main thing is running
but todays weather makes running IMPOSSIBLE
what do I do.?!.?!.?!
I think I might go crazy!

Well i got work and i also stopped running. you know bowling could be a good thing. u exercise evrytime u throw a ball. i swear to u. i research that. im a bowler too. i would also recommend basketball inside a gym. any indoor sports with the use of your feet and walking or running can help alot too.Health Question & Answer
You could go to a gym and use the treadmill or elliptical. Even if you don't have a gym membership, most gyms will give you a free one day pass.
also, do you live or work in a multi-floor house/office building.? If so, you could work out on the stairs.Health Question & Answer

Go to a gym and run on a treadmill or just take one day off. :)
