Hi I want to gain 10-15 pounds in less than 3 weeks and i want to make my butt, thighs, hips bigger i know ill have to exercise prior to gaining the weight but i dont want to come off being muscular more like i have some fat but it is toned up. This info is very well needed Im kinda losing my V CARD and i want my body to look good and not come off as to skinny if you know what i mean. I need a eating plan so i can figure out what foods make me gain weight fast super fast and what foods really emphasize other parts of my body.

start eating carbs it will go right to ur *** and thighs... stay away from fatty foods so u dont gain alot of weight in ur arms and waist... but make sure u exersice do cardio and sit ups and lift light weights but do alot of reps so u will be toned and not muscular....Health Question & Answer
haha go get some proteins muscle mass, weight gain stuff that body builders use and live normally take a walk or run every now and then and eat it a couple times a day between meals. you'll put on the pounds like crazy. don't supplement them for meals make sure you eat three times a day plus this stuff . good luck

Gaining weight doesnt work that way. You cant choose where you want the fat to go. Sorry. But if u wanna gain wait eat lots of bread, corn, potatoes, and sugar.Health Question & Answer
