so you need to REALLY want to lose it,if u think ur gonna break the diet at some point then convince yourself why you want to do it and how much you want to do it,writee it in a piece of paper and if you're feeling like bingeing just read it.
So to lose weight u just need to exercise more,have a 30minute walk everyday on top of the regular walking you do,and 3times a week you can have a 20mins jog or ride a bicycle for 45mins.
you can still eat delicious stuff you like,but just don't eat as much of it,every weekend you can have ONE treat for example:A chocolate bar on saturday and a scoop of ice-cream on sunday,but you need to stick to your exercise!!
ALWAYS have breakfast,it'll make you less likely to eat too much during the day,a healthy breakfast could be a boiled egg,a WHOLEWHEAT piece of bread(NO butter)and a piece of fruit(banana or apple,or anything you like,really)or you could have a bowl of bran flakes with fat free milk and slice a banana in it for a quick breakfast! Then at midday have a snack,a piece of fruit is perfect,or a pure fruit juice(not the disgusting ones with sugar added).then for lunch you could have a grilled chicken breast with a green salad on the side or vegetables(NOT fried).Or a sandwich with wholewheat bread,A LITTLE cheese,some tuna or turkey and tomatoes...you can have a lot of stuff,actually anything if you have it in a nice small portion then have vegetables to fill yourself up.DON'T eat anything after 7pm,so have dinner early and have a glass of green tea(no sugar)daily,it helps A LOT,if you can have 2 or 3 glasses,then it's even better!Health Question & Answer

hey, i have the same problem and i got alot of advice so il fill u in on some :D
eat 5-6 times aday. i noe it sounds like .?.? wat kind of diet is this lol.. but eat healthy things.. il list some below.. but eating 5-6 times a day makes ur motabulism faster nd burn more calories..
eat salads, with no salad dressing, squeeze a lemon on it and add salt if u want flavor.. its really good.
in the morning for breakfast eat a fruit, granola bar, boiled eggs ( white only.. yellow thing is 80 calories)
for dinner eat like 4 spoons of rice, with veggies and chicken.. boiled..
if u must have a snack here nd then.. eat it. dont stop ur self from eating something u really want. but i noe its hard..run or jog for 15 mins-1 hour a day everyday! and do crunches around 100 of them..itll really help.. like i said.. DO NOT stop eating wat u really want, just dont eat to much of it. if u stop eating fattyning things.. once u start to eat them again ur body is used to u not eating them so it woont burn the calories.. itl make u gain alot of weight. so try not to starve ur body.. excersize!
