Best foods before an morning workout and an afternoon workout?!
Question: Best foods before an morning workout and an afternoon workout.?
I strength train for 50 minutes and 30 minutes cardio in the morning. I can eat breakfast afterward, but that is quite a workout without food! What do you recommend.? also, I workout in the evenings around 5pm before dinner. Please share!Health Question & Answer
