if you're 13, u realli shouldn't be trying to lose weight unless u r told by a doctor because it can seriously affect the way you grow
also u shouldn't try to lose weight fast, because usually those methods of losing weight are only temporary and can damage your health i would suggest setting some time apart everyday to go for a walk, jog, swim, ride, etc. with a friend or by yourself and try to cut down on the amount of junk food you eat but NOT starving yourself

i would give up meat all together, or at least minimize your consumption to 3 times a week. If you notice most vegetarians have a healthy weight, except for those who decide to binge on cookies and candy. Eliminating red meat from your diet is not only good for your weight, but better for your over all health. Plus by limiting your meat consumption you will also be doing good for the planet.
also make sure you have breakfast every morning. Try 2% organic milk and every once in a while try almond,rice, or soy milk. They're all really good!
Forget sugary soft drinks, stick with water or tea.
and don't forget to exercise.

You can't lose weight in one particular area.
I recommend this video a lot, but it really does help. You will have to alter the recipes a bit probably, but don't let that stop you.
