Answers:
if you do not have enough protein in your diet, yes. if you don't have enough protein what your body will do is take protein (muscle mass) from other muscle and use it on the leg muscles, and work-out the muscle you don't want to lose, if you don't use your muscles you will lose them because the body realizes you don't need them and uses the protein for the muscles you are using.Health Question & Answer
no, not really. you do have to weight train 2 to 3 days a week when you really get into running though. mainly because you will loose too much weight, and the muscles that aren't involved get neglected. Health Question & Answer
Nope, just run in the morning, then maybe do 4 or 5 days a week in the night of weights.
When your running, its best to do a full split, so you totally kill your muscle too.Health Question & Answer

running builds muscle in your legs, but doesn't do anything for your arms, so you'll need to do arm workouts as well as running.
