How much could i loose with this plan?!
Question: How much could i loose with this plan.?
If i ran at a moderate speed for an hour or so 5 nights a week, keep a healthy balanced diet with little or no sweets/chocolate and small portions of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner how much could i loose in about a month - 2 months.?
I would also be drinking lots of water and possibly dancing about some nights!

Depends if you are male or female and your current height & weight. But if you are really about 30 pounds overweight, doing what you said should lose that. Eat small portions, yes, but 5 or 6 times a day. Eat something every 3-4 hours or so even if between main meals you just have an apple or small salad or something.Health Question & Answer
