Are you supposed to feel your LOWER abdomen working.? For some reason, I could only feel the upper abdomen working when I'm doing it. Am I doing something wrong, or is this okay.?
also, other than waiting for it to go away for 1 day, what else can I do about muscle soreness.? Yes, I stretch adequately before and after exercising, and I drink a good amount of water.
also, is it okay to stretch between exercising.? I usualy stretch my legs, and then do leg exercises. After that, I would stretch my arms and do arm exercises. Is this okay.?
Thank you

This crunch looks like it would be easy to do wrong. Are you sure you are doing it right.? Because I would imagine that if your head and shoulders are moving you'd stop working your lower abs out. As far as soreness, try taking baths with different minerals and salts, they help a lot. also try starting out by not working out so vigorously, maybe start out doing easier work outs and that go into hard ones, unless you want to loose weight fast, in that case you'd have to stand the soreness. She's pretty but doing them wrong. Keep your upper back flat and head on the mat and kick the legs out a bit more. Yes, I often get horrible lower ab cramps and spasms after doing these and other ab exercises. Stretching always helps, of course.Health Question & Answer
