Are carb-free diets good diets?!

Question: Are carb-free diets good diets.?
Answers:
Not really, no.

Your body needs carbs for energy. It's estimated your brain needs 130 grams a day just on its own.

Your body also only stores about half a days worth of carbs at a time, so eating only SOME carbs PARTS of the day isn't good either.

also, once you start eating carbs again you will gain all the weight back.Health Question & Answer

That all depends, if you are doing a lot of running then you need carbs so that your body will have something to burn and you wont feel tired, but if you do not do much exercise you don't need that much carbs and it also depends on what type of carbs we are talking about there are good and bad carbs. whit or Brown rice etc...Health Question & Answer
