ok the last sentence u said means ur half way there. i had a problem growing my arms too. until i realized that i needed to work out both sides of my arms not just my guns aka biceps. if u want ur arms to grow bigger u need to hit those triceps some more. check out bodybuilding.com to see some tricep exercises. as for the biceps, there only 3 exercies that will help u and they are bar bell curls, hammer curls, and preacher curls and one other curl i cant remember the name of it. for triceps i would go with close grip bench press, tricep dips, and skull crushers (those names are all in bodybuilding.com it will show what they are). for ur shoulders, i would say do military and arnold presses and also do side raises. make sure u put in 20-30 mins of cardio in addition to weightlifting and diet because u will build too much fat from ur muscles if u dont burn that fat off and cardio will help ur bones be thicker and ur muscles to be more flexible so u wont keep tearing a body part every time u work out.Health Question & Answer
