I wouldnt advise surgery unless you have tried all natural options such as healthy diet, exercise, etc. I have heard of several serious complications from that surgery. Talk it over with your doctor and tell your husband to chill lol

To hell with what your husband says! What do the doctors say.? Do you WANT to have this surgery.? It is safe and quite routine nowadays, but you might want to ask about the lapband approach.

Yeah. I know someone that had it and is now 20 pounds heavier than they were before the surgery. It makes your stomach smaller, but your stomach eventually just expands back to its old size.Health Question & Answer
