Question: What is the best excercise can i do at home for my thighs without any equipment.?
I have so much "cottage cheese" on my thighs and its starting to go to the rest of my legs!!! I never used to be this bad off and now its just getting out of hand. Please give your work out tips. I dont have any special eqipment....Health Question & Answer

but mostly you're just gonna need to stop eating so much junk food cause you can't firm up fat... you can burn it off but you can't make your legs smaller and fitter without losing some of the fat off of them.
