Question: What's a good exercise for my belly that won't kill my neck.?
It looks like I have a baby bump! For some reason in the past 2 years, I started gaining weight in my belly and I have 2 or 3 fat rolls that I didn't have when I was younger. This summer I was sick and lost almost 10 lbs and the belly almost completely disappeared. I think I may be bloated due to diet but until I see my doctor, I wanted to try something like crunches to tighten up that area. Problem is, I have neck problems so pilates and crunches are a no no for me. What other exercise can I do for my stomach that won't kill my neck or my joints.?Health Question & Answer
